About Your Teacher
Aerial yoga has and continues to help me live my best life daily. I use the hammock to relieve my pain when I’m suffering. It brings fun into my life and inspires creativity. Aerial yoga is a fun practice to share with others, showing students a path beyond their perceived limits. It lets me get upside down when I need to reset. It cocoons me when I need a break or to simply meditate. The hammock reminds me to play. It invites me to practice. And it leads me to connect to my inner child or divinity. It has taught me another level of showing up, getting out of my own way and being in flow. However you use this training, whether for personal and/or professional use, I hope it brings you much joy, healing, and creativity along your life’s journey.
With much gratitude in my heart and wishing many blessings for you,
Michele Guess, ERYT500, YACEP

This practice changed my life. I would've never dreamed I could do something like this 20 years ago when my back and neck were in constant pain for years from a ski injury. This practice helped me reclaim my health, my range of motion, and my quality of life. I cannot promise you the same, but if you've read this far, something here is speaking to you and I invite you to join me on this journey.
It is that important to me to both do and share this practice with others. So, thank you for your interest in this practice, I am here to share with you everything I know about it, and hopefully inspire you to practice.
With much gratitude,
Michele Guess, ERYT500, YACEP
